Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to international destinations.

Who is your shipping provider?

We use NZ Post for all of our deliveries nationwide.

How much does shipping cost?

We have a flat rate fee of $10

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Can i return my product if i change my mind?

Please make sure you choose wisely before checking out, as we do not accept change of mind returns. We will cover the postage cost for damaged, faulty or incorrectly sent items only.

What if my product arrives faulty/damaged?


We make sure the quality of your item/s are in perfect condition before packing. Unfortunately, items can get damaged during transit. If you do receive an item faulty/damaged, please contact Sofa via email info@sofahome.co.nz within three days of receiving your item. Please include images of the fault and we shall action accordingly.

Your privacy is certainly important to us. Sofa guarantees that your personal information will not be shared with any third parties. We shall store your email and it's contents for future reference. Any, and all, information provided by you will only be used for the purpose for which you provided it. Customers who choose to enter into contests and promotions will have their personal information utilised to notify winners or to fulfil promotional obligations.
